Dieses 250-kg-Schubladenschienen-Set kann mit unseren Bodenhaltern BS1B-UNI-1. Diese sind nicht standardmäßig bei den Schubladenschienen enthalten und müssen separat in den Warenkorb gelegt werden.

The Halter are designed so you can choose whether the lip protrudes underneath the Schublade or along the side of the Schublade. The Montage hardware is compact, so no threaded end protrudes on the outside. You can even attach two Schubladenschienen to both sides of one Halter. This is ideal for multiple Schublades next to each other, for example in a Camper or Transporter. If you want multiple Schublades above each other, this can be done easily and quickly using these high Halter BS1B-UNI-3.

The Bodenhaltern also make installation easier. Even professionals who could screw the Schubladenschienen directly to the inner walls of a Gehäuse often choose our Bodenhaltern for the following reason: adjusting Schubladenschienen is, as explained under the ‚Mounting‘ heading, a difficult and precise job. The space between the Gehäuse and Schublade may only deviate minimally from the specifications, and the Montage positions on both Seitenwände must also be aligned with each other. This takes time and can be frustrating. You can avoid this by using our Bodenhaltern. Mount the Schublade and the Bodenhaltern to the slides and then place the entire assembly into the Gehäuse. After sliding the Schublade offen and geschlossen once, the slides are correctly aligned relative to each other and you only need to screw the Halter to the base. Ideal!

You can screw or bolt the inner profile of the Schubladenschienen directly to the side of a Schublade. However, there are situations where our aluminium Schublade Halter BS1B-UNI-2 are useful. These angle profiles support the Schublade, reducing the Last on the Schublade wall so it can be made from thinner material. You could even omit the Seitenwände and create a pull-out platform between the slides. Besides the extra possibilities, the Halter also help with adjustment. You do not have to screw both slides to a Schublade wall at exactly the same height. After Montage the Halter, simply place the Schublade on the Halter and screw it in place. It could not be easier!

These heavy-duty Schubladenschienen are NOT fitted with a Verriegelung function, so the Schublade can move freely. This is often desirable for indoor use or in a workshop. For Schublades in vehicles, the same version WITH Verriegelung in both offen and geschlossen positions is often chosen.

This Verriegelung function blocks movement in both geschlossen and offen positions. It is intended to prevent unwanted movement, for example in a Transporter while driving or for a pull-out kitchen unit in a Camper. The same length WITH lock is the BS2L-250-800.

One set of these Schubladenschienen can carry 250 kg. This applies both when retracted and ausgezogen, provided the Gewicht is evenly distributed along the length. If the Gewicht is placed only deep inside the Schublade, these slides can carry about 115% = 285 kg. The maximum point Last at the front of the Schublade is about 70% = 175 kg. Do not forget to include the Schublade’s own Gewicht in your Last calculation. If necessary, place dividers in the Schublade to prevent heavy contents from sliding forward. This benefits the Schubladenschienen. You may also choose not to let the slides extend fully, but to stop the movement earlier. This reduces the lever arm of the protruding Gewicht, allowing the slides to carry a higher Last compared with maximum extension.

The stated Lasts apply when the Schubladenschienen are used in the standard vertical position, montiert against Seitenwände. The slides can also be montiert flat/horizontally under the Schublade, but this has negative effects on maximum Last and deflection. The maximum Last capacity decreases by 60%, and the front of the Schublade will deflect several centimetres instead of a few millimetres when ausgezogen, assuming the same Gewicht.

There is also another major disadvantage that is often overlooked. A flat-montiert Schubladenschiene is very sensitive to dirt. When the Schublade offens, the middle and largest profile is exposed like a long greased tray. The ball cage between the middle and largest profile is also exposed to things such as wind-blown sand. If it is only a little sand, these Schubladenschienen with their large 8 mm balls will continue to work, but the movement will not become smoother.</vc_column_text]

The Schubladenschienen must be placed without tension between the Schublade and the Gehäuse. Tension occurs when parts of the slides are pulled apart or pressed together in the thickness direction. To achieve smooth movement, the distance between the Schublade and the Seitenwände of the Gehäuse must remain within the range of 19.1 to 19.9 mm. If the gap deviates from this range, friction occurs and the slides will operate stiffly. Besides smooth movement, Schublade stability is also important. The more space the slides have, the less stable the Schublade becomes. In other words: the closer the gap is to 19.1 mm, the more stable the Schublade. For example, a Schublade with a gap of 19.8 mm will show more sideways movement when ausgezogen than a Schublade with a gap of 19.2 mm. In both cases, the Schublade moves smoothly. We therefore advertise 19.1 mm because, considering both aspects, this is the ideal gap. The addition +0.8 / -0 indicates how much this size may deviate.
